Customer support was good. They significantly helped with improving my art file for the posters. Phone support would be better than the online chat. Prices are good and the quality of the posters is great. It took about 2 weeks from when I placed the order to receiving the posters which is a pretty good turn around time. The new customer discount didn't apply which was disappointing..

The quality, price, and speed were all top-notch. The only issue is that one of my boxes got mangled in transit (crushed and ripped open at one end). This damaged about 10-20 posters in the roll. Luckily Chili Printing includes some extras in each roll so I still had enough usable product in the end. So Chili Printing is awesome but the shipping service (UPS) needs to improve.

I was thoroughly pleased with the product I received from chili printing. I purchased a trifold square brochure that I submitted my own design for. Chili printing even gave me an opportunity to adjust my art, so that it lined up on the creases perfectly. I will be purchasing from chili printing again in the future when needed.
As of right now, I have only ordered large posters in bulk. I am pleased wit the printing and ESPECIALLY the packaging for shipping. Not prints have ever been damaged. Job well done
